Important: Use only 6 numeric digits for PIN. Phone number example: 2567XXXXXXXX (omit ‘+’). Sponsor code: ask a verified Cash Chat user if needed.
Activate & Pay Subscription
- 1Login to wallet with your email + 6‑digit PIN.
- 2Click “Pay Subscription” (to pay using wallet credit → click the Blue wallet icon)
- 3Type “Start” and Send.
- 4Type “1” (My wallet) and Send.
- 5Type “2” (Pay Subscription) and Send.
- 6Choose currency: Type 1 for UGX / 2 for KES / 3 for USD → Send.
- 7Payment method: Type 1 (Use Mobile: MTN or Mpesa numbers accepted) OR 2 (Use Wallet credit) → Send.
Activation tip: After step 7 your subscription will be active. For wallet credit payments, ensure sufficient balance. The “Blue wallet” refers to the blue-coloured wallet credit button inside the dashboard.
PIN must be 6 digits only — no letters or special characters.
