As an independent agent, you will guide new users through two simple processes:

Wallet Registration
Subscription Activation

You can work through:

Face‑to‑face meetings
Live online streaming
Recorded tutorial videos
Flyers, brochures, posters
Blogs, websites, emails

Always ensure the client uses your unique Agent Wallet ID or customised link during registration.

🔑 Get Your Agent Wallet ID

Step 1: Go to www.cashchatbank.com

Step 2: Register your own wallet following these instructions:

First name – exactly as on ID
Last name – exactly as on ID
Valid email address
Select country from dropdown
Phone number – country code, NO ‘+’ (e.g. 256712345678)
Sponsor code (required)
Create 6‑digit PIN (numbers only)
Re‑enter PIN
✔ Accept Terms
Click Signup

Step 3: Activate your subscription (see back panel) – your Wallet ID becomes your Agent ID.

Payment is instant upon successful activation. Kenyan payments via M‑Pesa, Airtel Money or bank. Special cases via www.bcbank.se (WhatsApp).

✅ Client Activation Steps

Teach your clients these exact steps after registration:

Login with email + 6‑digit PIN
Click “Pay Subscription” (for wallet credit, click the Blue wallet icon)
Type “Start” and Send
Type “1” (My wallet) and Send
Type “2” (Pay Subscription) and Send
Choose currency: Type 1 for UGX / 2 for KES / 3 for USD → Send
Payment method: Type 1 (Mobile Money) or 2 (Wallet credit) → Send

🎯 Activation complete! After step 7, the subscription is active and you receive your payment.
