Follow these steps to create a paypal account that works
First if you are using your smart phone, go to the playstore and download the Cash Chat Bank app. After opening the app, go to Get Paypal and select create Paypal account. Select personal account and choose the option “Both of the above” the click next. On the next page, select your country and ensure that you have a phone number of the country you selected and click on get started. You will see the option to enter your email on the next page. If you have no email, pause right here and first create an email. then return to this page and enter the email you have created.
After entering your email address, click next to proceed to the next page. You will be asked to enter your phone number under the conditions that the number belongs to you and you agree to receive texts from Paypal. Enter that code and continue filling in the rest of the information required. You can skip adding your bank details and do it later. If entering your postal code becomes challenging just add 000 00.
